Commercial Impact Hub for Energy Decision-Making

Goal

Our goal is to address the potential for satellite data to support energy decision-making around supply, demand, and environmental impacts

Objectives

The Holloway Group works with companies across the energy sector to identify where satellite data can inform real decisions, and to build lasting two-way relationships between NASA and industry. These conversations bring together electric utilities, data center operators, and oil and gas companies alongside NASA scientists and university researchers. Applications range from solar siting and forecasting, thermal monitoring of data centers, methane and flare detection, grid restoration after storms, and more.
